Terms of Use
Versão 2026-09-161. Acceptance and scope\nBy creating an account, accessing the portal or using DarknessMu services, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Use. These Terms govern the website, Player Hub, game server, WebShop, P2P Market, VIP, support and other platform features.\n\n2. Registration and eligibility\nYou must provide valid information and keep your contact details up to date. Each account is personal and the account holder is responsible for activity performed with their credentials. Where applicable law requires authorization from a legal guardian, the user must obtain it before registering.\n\n3. Account security\nDo not share passwords, codes or credentials. DarknessMu will never request your password outside official authentication flows. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password and contact official support.\n\n4. Conduct and fair play\nBug exploitation, item duplication, fraud, unauthorized access attempts, infrastructure interference, prohibited automation, unauthorized trading of advantages, harassment, threats, discrimination and other conduct harmful to the community are prohibited. Specific event, ranking and game-mode rules must also be followed.\n\n5. Virtual items, currencies and benefits\nWCoin, virtual currencies, items, VIP and other benefits are digital resources used within the server ecosystem. They are not legal tender, investments, bank balances or promises of appreciation. Rules for use, duration, delivery and eligibility may vary according to the resource obtained.\n\n6. Purchases, payments and refunds\nPurchases may be processed by third-party payment providers. Price, currency, content and conditions are shown before confirmation. Confirmed orders are processed according to the selected method and technical availability. Cancellation, chargeback and refund requests will be evaluated under applicable law, the nature of the digital product and delivery status. Fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks may result in preventive restrictions while the case is reviewed.\n\n7. P2P Market\nThe P2P Market enables transactions between accounts under platform rules. Sellers may list only legitimate and available items. Fees, deadlines, accepted currencies and delivery rules are those displayed at the time of the transaction. Manipulation, fraud, duplication or use of unlawfully obtained items may lead to cancellation and administrative action.\n\n8. Availability, maintenance and technical changes\nThe service may undergo maintenance, updates, bug fixes, balancing or temporary downtime. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Material changes will be communicated through official channels whenever reasonably possible.\n\n9. Server balancing and evolution\nRates, classes, skills, items, events, rewards, rankings, requirements, virtual-currency prices and other mechanics may be adjusted to preserve balance, security, economy and service continuity. Changes do not automatically create a right to compensation, without prejudice to rights guaranteed by applicable law.\n\n10. Moderation, suspension and termination\nAccounts that violate these Terms or published rules may receive warnings, restrictions, temporary suspension or termination according to severity and available evidence. Urgent measures may be taken to contain fraud, abuse or platform risk. Where appropriate, users may request a review through support.\n\n11. Content and community\nWhen submitting messages, images, avatars, names, listings, creator data or other content, you represent that you are authorized to use it and agree that it may be displayed only as needed to operate the requested features. Illegal, abusive or third-party-infringing content may be removed.\n\n12. Intellectual property and unofficial server status\nDarknessMu is an unofficial private server. MU Online, Webzen and other third-party brands, names, artwork and elements remain the property of their respective rights holders. Use of the portal does not transfer any rights over trademarks, software, artwork or protected third-party content.\n\n13. Liability\nTo the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the administration is not liable for losses caused by credential sharing, third-party software, external outages, attacks beyond reasonable control or the user's own actions. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.\n\n14. Updates and contact\nThese Terms may be updated to reflect legal, technical or operational changes. Purpose of this Policy\nThis Privacy Policy explains how DarknessMu handles data related to the website, Player Hub, game server, WebShop, P2P Market, VIP, payments, support and other platform features.\n\n2.
